It was more Acorn chose us! A leaflet came through the door. In honesty not usually where we would start, as Acorn were completely unknown to us.
But we did our due diligence and Lee and Joe were extremely approachable and came to visit us early on so we could build that all important level of trust from a financial and quality perspective.
Were you happy with how we managed the project and communicated with you?
Above and beyond in this respect. Thorough and clear that Lee and Joe and the team take great pride in a job and they understood that attention to detail was important to us. When we raised a query, they were always straight back to us.
How do you feel about the quality of work and the result?
We are very impressed, and the result is exactly as we envisaged. From soffits, gutters, roof, exterior paint, replacement exterior door and new garage split style doors. We weren’t about the cheapest quote; we were all about quality of materials and quality of the workmanship that will last and reliability and good communication.
Joe, Lee and Billy were tidy with their work and ensured minimal disruption to us.

100%. We know we have had people “drive by” to look and we already have neighbours commission them on work for their homes.

Job Description: We removed the existing conservatory roof and doors, installed a new Warmer Roof lightweight tiled roof with smoked oak tiles, fitted new bi-fold doors and gable window, completed internal plastering, lighting, flooring adjustments, and fully finished the area to a high standard.
